Disconnected my Linkedin, Google, Facebook and Instagram Pages (Settings ->Integrations)

Cancelled any URL Redirects (Settings ->URL Redirects)

Disconnected my Domains ->Settings Domains

Cancelled all phone numbers associated with my account (Settings -> Phone numbers)

Turned off any AI Automated Review Responses (Settings -> Reputation Management)

Removed the Chat Widget code from my Website

Turned Conversation AI off (Settings -> Conversation AI)

Disconnected my Branded Domain (Settings -> Business Profile

Cancelled Whatsapp Subscription (if applicable)

Removed all staff accounts associated with my account

Please note email, sms & advanced automation features/AI rebilling is charged seperately to your monthly subscription and is charged retrospectively. We will reconcile these additional charges and may need to send you an invoice to finalise these charges.
